RISE Aquatic Club in Libertyville, Illinois, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated assistant coaches to join our team. These positions are ideal for individuals with a passion for swimming and coaching, and many opportunities exist to grow within our program. All positions are set to start on or before September 2, 2025.

Position: Assistant Senior Coach (Platinum Group, Senior 1 & Senior 2)

About the Role:
This position involves working with high school-age competitive swimmers ranging from aspiring Regional to National Level. Coaches will lead swim practices, provide expert instruction, and support athletes' development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 90–120-minute swim practices 5-9 times per week
• Coach and mentor swimmers during practices and meets
• Attend swim meets on weekends as needed
• Perform administrative tasks such as meet entries, attendance tracking, and email correspondence, as assigned by the head coach

Qualifications:

• Prior coaching or swimming experience
• Willingness to obtain or hold certifications including Coaches Safety Training, CPR, and First Aid (required for USA Swimming Coaching credentials)
• Background check and athlete protection training, as required by USA Swimming
