ACADEMY BULLETS SWIM CLUB
📍 Position Details
The Academy Bullet Swim Club is the only USA Swimming Gold Medal Club in Illinois (and one of only 22 in the United States!) Come join one of the most successful swim teams in the area! We are looking for energetic and dynamic coaches to help lead our swimmers at our northwest suburban location. The ideal candidate is passionate about the sport of swimming as well as helping kids grow their love and passion for the sport.
- Role: Part-time Assistant Swim Coach. Lead or assist with different practice groups within the structure of the club
- Groups: 10 & Under, 11-12, 13-14 are main groups available
- Location: Schaumburg, Streamwood and Bartlett areas
- Schedule: Weekday evenings and Mornings and/or afternoons on weekends; extended hours during meet weekends.
✅ Requirements
- Previous coaching experience preferred but not mandatory. We’re happy to train new, enthusiastic coaches!
- USA Swimming coach membership with required safety/background checks along with all required certifications must be passed prior to start date (paid by club)
- Solid knowledge of competitive swimming and stroke technique
- Energetic, positive, dependable, and team-oriented
- Availability during evenings and weekends
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have work authorization
