Job Description
Seeking knowledgable and energetic USA Swim Coach to coach 10&U swimmers at practices and USA Swim Meets 2-4 days/week totaling 6-12 hours weekly. Must embrace/support Riptide Swim Team's values of compassion, excellence, and growth mindset. Come join our Riptide staff team who won Age Group Coaching Staff of the year in both 2024 and 2025.
