Join a rising program as Head Coach of Cerritos Aquatic Club. This part-time role (~15–16 hours/week) includes hands-on, on-deck coaching—ideal for a motivated leader eager to make an impact, guiding swimmers’ technical development, inspiring performance, and helping drive CAC’s continued growth into an elite USA Swimming club. With strong administrative and parental support, you can focus on what you do best: coaching and competition.
Based at our indoor home pool in Cerritos, the Head Coach will have access to training tools including a GoPro for underwater video analysis, iPad, resistance bands, cords, and Arena gear through our sponsorship.
The ideal candidate excels in teaching stroke technique, builds trust with families through effective instruction and feedback, and provides the comprehensive technical coaching that athletes need.
