JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manager to 10 pools and 100+ lifeguards
  • Address customers and patrons concerns
  • Will have some scheduling responsibilities
  • Maintain safe facilities. Keep stocked with all safety, bathroom and operational supplies.
  • Responds to any staff issues, safety concerns, or maintenance problems.
  • Understands company policies and procedures and is responsible for delegating responsibilities to staff at each facility.
  • Inspect each facility regularly and report all safety concerns, personnel issues, or maintenance concerns.
  • Performs equipment checks and ensures appropriate equipment is available as needed.
  • Implement customer service practices with staff
  • Attends weekly staff meetings and workouts

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Certifications: CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, Basic First Aid and Emergency Oxygen.
  • Current American Red Cross  Lifeguard or equivalent.
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Will need to be available 40 hours per week
