Job Description

If you are a skilled problem solver with customer service experience and strong communication and relationship building skills, this may be the right fit for you!

The successful candidate will provide accurate product, order, and service information to enhance the customer's experience with our company.  Other duties of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing incoming orders (via phone, fax, email) for existing customers and new customers setup
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, updates and order information
  • Maintaining positive rapport with every customer – including when resolving difficult situations
  • Staying up to date on our products to ensure accurate product knowledge
  • Partnering with the sales and operations team to exceed our customer’s expectations

Qualified candidates should have 3+ years of customer service experience including order entry and daily phone interaction.  A positive attitude and patience in dealing with customers is a MUST!  Background in the swim industry is definitely a plus!
