If cold-calling and prospecting new customers is your niche, this position is for you! The Lead Generation Specialist will develop B2B customer and channel specific sales leads to be called upon by the sales team.
Duties of this unique position include identifying and developing new prospect and customer leads for specific channels and product categories, assisting the sales team in the planning and execution of B2B email outreach campaigns, assisting in preparing sales and marketing tools utilized for prospecting and the sales process, and maintaining accurate prospect and customer information in our CRM for effective follow up by the sales team.
Qualified candidates will have 2 - 4 years of sales or customer related experience working in a specialty sales channel or related customer channel type and excellent time-management and computer skills. Persistence and strong communication and relationship building skills are key to being successful in this position!
While our headquarters is located in Bloomington, Illinois, this position can be worked remotely.
