Waterfront Director Indian Acres · Fryeburg, ME · Mid June to Mid August Overview The Waterfront Director is responsible for the safety of campers and staff at the lake waterfront and pool. This is a senior leadership position that requires significant lifeguarding experience, extensive training, and advanced knowledge of water safety. The ideal candidate is a certified swim instructor with a formal background in aquatics management. Applications must have the ability to handle emergency situations. The Waterfront Director is responsible for all activities at the lake, waterfront and the pool.  Indian Acres is located on Lovewell Pond where campers enjoy swimming, sailing, boating, paddleboarding, water trampoline, and waterskiing. Indian Acres also has a heated Olympic pool where campers partake in instructional swimming each morning.
