We are looking to hire an experienced age group coach. This position will oversee our middle school aged group swimmers. There is a lot of talent in this group with FLAGS qualifiers. The coach will be responsible for writing swim sets, developing and growing the group and attending meets. We have an amazing group of swimmers and parents. And the coaching staff all work amazingly together. You would not just be joining a team, but also a family. We swim fast AND have fun. We love new ideas and techniques and you would have complete autonomy to take this group in the direction you see fit. You must be USA swim certified or become certified prior to starting. The club will reimburse your expenses. The hours are Monday-Friday pm.  And we are looking for a coach with at least 3 years experience.
