Tyler Rose Aquatic Club is a school district owned, coach run program.  We are located in Tyler, TX (pop. 100K, with 230K in the county).  The team was founded in 2016, has approx. 100 members with 100-150 summer league swimmers. Our lesson program sees 60-80 kids per week in the summer months. We own, operate, and have full control of a 50mx25y outdoor heated pool year round. We are looking for someone who can work along side our current head coach in developing and executing a training program for our high school age athletes that assist them in achieve their goals; can assist and implement a vision and plan for our swim club; and who is creative & innovative in their coaching style.

We are needing to hire 1-2 hourly coaches to work with a variety of levels of swimmers. The right person could transition into a salaried position.

Waterloo is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable Swim Coaches to direct and lead our developmental swim group. Swimmers in this group have just joined USA swimming for the first time and are aiming to get their first B cuts. In order to get into the group the swimmers must already be able to dive off the side, be legal in all four strokes (50 of FR and BK and 25 of FL and BR) as well as be able to do a legal 100 IM.  Candidates should be able to show technique driven processes and improvements in swimmers at the developmental level along with being excellent communicators to both swimmers and their parents. We believe the best coaches have had experience at all levels of our sport and it is our goal to provide that education to all of our staff. Waterloo Swimming is a USA Swimming Bronze Medal swim club located in North Austin, TX. Currently operating out of one location featuring an Olympic sized, 50M pool, WLOO is home to just over 400 athletes ranging from Junior National finalists to beginning club swimmers. WLOO has finished in the top-five of the Texas Age Group State Championships (TAGS) for the last five seasons.  We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable swim coaches to direct and lead one of our TAGS training groups. These groups range in age from 9-14 and are split up based on age and ability.
