The Athletic Department at the University of Tampa invites applications for the full-time position of Assistant Swim Coach.  This position will work under broad policy guidance within the University, Sunshine State Conference, and the NCAA.  Independent and collaborative analysis will be conducted to solve problems, develop policies and procedures, and complete tasks associated with this position.  The assistant coaching position will require individuals to exercise sound judgment in an ever-changing environment. The Assistant Coach, under the direction of the Head Coach and Athletic Director is responsible for assisting with various coaching, management, and administrative duties as assigned by the Head Coach.  Contribute to a work environment that encourages knowledge of respect for colleagues, faculty/staff and students.  Development of skills to engage with those of the cultures and backgrounds.

The Age Group Swim Coach’s responsibilities include coaching varying degrees of groups Implement, and oversee the Stingrays Athlete parameters to meet the goals of our program.
