Swimmers in this group have just joined USA swimming for the first time and are aiming to get their first B cuts. In order to get into the group the swimmers must already be able to dive off the side, be legal in all four strokes (50 of FR and BK and 25 of FL and BR) as well as be able to do a legal 100 IM.  Candidates should be able to show technique driven processes and improvements in swimmers at the developmental level along with being excellent communicators to both swimmers and their parents.
