JOB DESCRIPTION: An Assistant Coach for the Colusa Cyclones Swim Team will demonstrate leadership and responsibility in coaching our swimmers (ages 5-18) and will be involved in all aspects of the summer league program, including (but not limited to) scheduling, training, performance, and safety. MISSION: Our mission is to create and nurture citizenship, good sportsmanship, and lifelong relationships among our swimmers.  During the summer months, there are few opportunities for children to participate in organized activities that build character, discipline, and a sense of community. Colusa Swim Team offers these opportunities, PLUS a built-in mentoring environment for the older swimmers to coach and cheer on our younger ones, while the younger swimmers have an excellent set of role models to build life-long relationships with.
