Looking for a fun, outgoing and enthusiastic swim coach to help the middle school swim team of The Wildwood School, a private school located in West LA. Technical swim knowledge required, former competitive swimmers preferred (at any level). Practices are 3 times a week at the Culver City Plunge (days TBD), and meets are one time a week. The swim season starts the last week of August and usually ends the first weekend of November (or earlier). Additional duties includes escorting kids from Wildwood campus to the pool via bus. Looking for a fun, outgoing and enthusiastic swim coach to help with a novice non-competitive team based out of Culver City. Technical swim knowledge required, former competitive swimmers preferred (at any level). Practices are M-F from either 6-7pm or 5-6pm (we are currently 5-6pm for summer but could be pushed back to 6-7pm in the fall). Looking for someone that could coach at least 1-2 times a week consistently, with an opportunity to get more hours later on. CPR/First Aid Certification preferred Pay is $30/hour. We are looking for 2-3 qualified candidates that will go between our select and sport teams. Will have a set schedule weekly. We use a number of pools to accommodate our large and growing team (450+ athletes) between Redmond, Kirkland, Woodinville, and Bellevue.
