Position Description The Assistant Swim Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Swim Coach with organizing the Allegheny North Swim Club (“ANSC”).  The Assistant Swim Coach assists the Head Swim Coach with, among other things, conducting practices, motivating swimmers, and instructing swimmers in strategies and techniques.     Essential job duties and responsibilities These requirements are representative, but not all-inclusive, of the activities, duties and responsibilities of the position. Pay:   $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Job description: Job Summary: We are the North-Stars swim team! We are looking to fill the spot of assistant head swim team coach at our Snellville practice location. With this position, we want this to be   YOUR   team. The more effort you put into building the team, the more you will be earning. You will work hand in hand with the head coach of this location help build the team and recruit kids as well as run practices with your other coaching staff.
