The Head Age Group Coach/Coordinator will be supervised by the Director of Competitive Swimming and the Head Coach at the Genesis Health Club of Blairwood – TRITON Swimming.  It is expected the HAG Coach will in charge of the Age Group program and will need to be collaborative with the Director of Competitive Swimming and the Head Coach. We are looking to hire an experienced age group coach. This position will oversee our middle school aged group swimmers. There is a lot of talent in this group with FLAGS qualifiers. The coach will be responsible for writing swim sets, developing and growing the group and attending meets. We have an amazing group of swimmers and parents. And the coaching staff all work amazingly together. You would not just be joining a team, but also a family. We swim fast AND have fun. We love new ideas and techniques and you would have complete autonomy to take this group in the direction you see fit. You must be USA swim certified or become certified prior to starting. Looking for a responsible individual to manage our outdoor pool from mid May until Labor Day. Duties include lifeguard scheduling and payroll reporting, daily testing of chemicals and pool water management, overseeing daily operations at the pool and maintaining all filtration equipment. CPO is not required, but a plus. This position will also be involved in running practices for a swim team (in house). Salary is $1200 per 40 hour week Memorial Day to Labor Day.
