We are searching for a reliable and trustworthy head coach to join Cavern City Swim Club to  oversee all aspects of our swim program including direct coaching responsibilities. The head coach responsibilities include analyzing swim techniques and determining skill levels, developing individualized swimming programs, teaching various techniques and styles, and overseeing practice sessions. Our team has been around for several years and our hope is to grow the team, producing great swimmers who love the sport. We swim non-competitively in the fall and spring (practice is usually an hour, 2 days/week) and compete in a summer swim league for the summer.
