Head Age Group Coach/Aquatics Supervisor Tuesday – Saturday   The JCC Bridgewater Tide (BWTD), located in Bridgewater, NJ, is seeking a full-time swim coach and Aquatics Supervisor to be the primary coach for our Tidal Waves, Bronze, and Senior group programs. The Tidal Waves and Bronze groups are the base of our program, and it is a great opportunity to instruct new swimmers and to get them engaged in the sport. The Senior group is our second-highest level group and is full of high school swimmers looking to improve. The Head Age Group coach will also assist in tasks in the Aquatics Department, as well as oversee the Summer Pool Club.   BWTD is a swiftly growing and improving program, which has grown from less than 90 swimmers in 2017 to a maximum of 140 swimmers in the summer of 2019 with ability levels ranging from novice to AAA level swimmers. We are also New Jersey’s first and only SafeSport-recognized program. We have a close-knit, hardworking staff that is proud of our success, but are always looking to improve. We are looking for a coach who is willing to help us continue to grow our team, develop our younger swimmers, and is truly passionate about the sport.   Head Age Group Coach Job Tasks include, but are not limited to: Being the lead coach for the Tidal Waves, Bronze, and Senior group practices. Designing season plans in accordance with the Head Coach. Assisting with other training groups as needed. Attending scheduled USA Swim meets. Working with the Head Coach to recruit new swimmers and schedule tryouts. Assisting the parent committee with tasks such as spirit wear orders, group socials, and the end of season banquets for both the short course season and Summer Tide. The Buffalo City Swim Racers is in search of an Administrative Manager to assist with administrative operations of our swim club. This organization has both Learn to Swim and Competitive Swim programs. We’re looking for a highly organized and efficient professional with administrative experience and a basic understanding of swim clubs, though we are willing to provide in-house training. The successful candidate will provide assistance with all administrative activity, including those in accounting and customer service. BCSR is looking for an individual who is comfortable working on tasks both independently or with employees and/or leadership and who can contribute to the overall improvement of our club’s efficiency and productivity metrics. The selected candidate will be required to pass a USA Swimming Background Check, Athlete Protection Training and adhere to all USA Swimming and USOC Safe Sport protocols. The East Coast Aquatic Club (ECAC), located in Delray Beach, Florida, is searching for a qualified Age Group coach. Delray Beach is located in the South East coast of Florida, approximately 25 minutes south of West Palm Beach. The ECAC swim program is a young yet very successful age group program. It is one of the fastest growing teams in the area with approximately 100 members. Job Responsibilities: The Age group coach is responsible for selective groups of children 9-14 years old. The coach is responsible for writing daily practices, dry land and preparing seasonal plans for his/her groups, according to club philosophies. He/She will emphasize teaching all aspects of swimming with focus on stroke technique and good work ethics while making great efforts to achieve success at the age group level. Qualifications: The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of coaching experience with USA Swimming or another FINA federation. He/ She must have completed the background check and safe sport (athlete protection) program, and must be in good standings with USA Swimming. Carolina Aquatic Team is seeking part time qualified coaches to work with our developmental groups as well as fill in for other practice groups as needed. TCAT is a year round USA Swimming program that has been in operation for 5 years.  TCAT has swimmers competing at higher level meets including the Lake Erie Zone Team and a recent Jr National qualifier.  More than half of our team currently has National Age Group motivational times and are working to achieving higher competitive standards.  We continue to grow the number of qualifiers to higher level meets and are seeking individuals who will help to build our program with organization, consistency and the desire to help others achieve their fullest potential. The  Vashon Seals Swim Team  is a Level 1 USA-Swimming Club on Vashon Island - located in between Seattle and Tacoma, Washington. Piranhas Aquatic Club is seeking a lead competitive coach to work with swimmers in our competitive team. Piranhas Aquatic Club is a year-round USA swimming program in the Elk Grove area. The organization also offers USMS Masters Swimming and a summer recreational swim team. Job Responsibilities On-deck coaching and prep from generally from 6-7:30 am and 3:30-7:30 pm Monday-Friday. Responsible for daily, weekly, and season planning for the competitive team in coordination with the Head Coach and will typically attend 1-2 meets per month. Works directly with the Head Coach to develop and oversee curriculum and practice schedules for the competitive team. Works directly with the Head Coach to maintain the direction of the program to follow the long-term plan. Assist the Head Coach in developing this plan. LAC is a USA Swimming Silver Medal Club and has been a two time Gold Medal Club. LAC currently operates in 5 facilities in 3 areas in NorthEast Tarrant County and Southern Denton County: The Colony, Flower Mound/Lewisville and Keller. Three of LAC’s current facilities are school district owned and operated, two are city owned and operated and LAC has great relationships with all facilities and management. Essential Job Tasks Develop and coach LAC programs as assigned.  Plan, prepare, and conduct team practices in accordance with the LAC curriculum. Create smaller workout groups within the larger group for the purpose of providing more challenging workouts to all swimmers in the group Create workout sets designed to develop swimmers for the next group Proactively develop and maintain professional relationships with current swimmers through constructive feedback, encouragement, and general interaction. Communicate professionally with swimmers, parents, and coaches by promptly answering telephone calls and emails according to LAC policies and procedures. Energetic, patient and gives simple instructions. Must be able to foster an environment of excellence in swimming through drills, dryland, aerobic/ anaerobic training and racing. Understands stroke development and advanced aerobic training for age group and senior swimmers. Job Description: Head Coach – Age Group Competitive (AGC) Group The Metro Atlanta Aquatic Club, LLC (MAAC) is looking for an hourly head coach for our Age Group Competitive (AGC) level group. The AGC group  consists of age group swimmers between ages 7-13 who may be newer to the sport of swimming. Northern Dutchess Aquatic Club (NDAC-MR)  is looking for qualified swim coaches for our 2019-20 season and beyond. Celebrating its 25th Season this year, NDAC is a year-round USA Swimming team for competitive swimmers aged 6-18. NDAC seeks motivated, experienced lead coaches for two practice groups:  (1) Group 1 Coach - swimmers aged 6-8 practices Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4-5 PM and Saturday noon to 1 PM.  (2) Group 3 Coach - swimmers aged 11-13 practices Monday through Friday 7-8:30 PM.  Ideal candidates should have a competitive swimming background and previous coaching or swim instruction experience (preferably at the age group level). Must be upbeat, energetic and highly committed to the development of young athletes, both in and out of the pool. NDAC’s 2019-20 season begins September 5th.
