We are a well-organized and competitive swim program looking for a person to help coach.  We meet Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at the Northern Vermont University Shape Pool.  Swimmers range from 6 - 18 years old.  We are looking for someone dedicated to help swimmers develop and improve physical and technical skill; training and development of strokes; helping youth set and work toward goals and building lifetime skills, all while providing a fun, enjoyable, inspirational and supportive environment for youth swimmers.  Practices take place October though February.
