SWIM COACH & INSTRUCTOR JOB DESCRIPTION   Classification: Salary, Exempt Reports to: Timothy Heffron, Owner Date : March 2021 Summary The Swim Coach & Instructor provides skill-based swim and water safety instruction to people of all ages and abilities. Maintains constant supervision of students at all times to ensure safety. Creates positive, nurturing relationships with students and builds cooperative relationships with parents and caregivers. Promotes and supports the potential of all students in program. Time will be split as 25-50% of time (10-20 hours) coaching and 50-75% of time (20-30 hours) teaching lessons.
