The primary purpose of the Aquatics Manager is to provide outstanding service through warm interactions.  The secondary responsibilities are to manage and supervise all employees and operations of the Aquatics Division including both the leisure pool and competition pool, and beach in a professional manner.  Other responsibilities include: program planning and administration, leadership and coaching for our competitive swim team, personnel and budget management, and aquatic facility and equipment management. As our new Group Exercise instructor you must be:      Enthusiastic about group exercise classes and enjoy creating and delivering new, fresh and innovative routines      Confident in your professionalism by reporting on-time with a positive attitude and a passion to motivate others      A professional who is collaborative and a flexible leader in and out of the pool   Required Qualifications: Must have  one  of the following: Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NASM) Aqua Fitness Certification Personal Trainer Certification Current CPR/AED certification, and maintaining it throughout employment

We're seeking a Head  Lifeguard to join our team. As our new Head Lifeguard you will: Supervise a Lifeguard staff of 20 – 25 Work 20-25 hours as a Lifeguard Administrative work 15-20 hours per week Schedule lifeguard staff Maintain certification records of all LG staff Help the Aquatics Manager with training Serves as the manager on deck during events and/or swim meets Maintain watch over the pool area ensuring a secure and safe environment Employ accident prevention by enforcing pool rules and regulations Respond to all injuries, incidents, and emergencies as directed by club policy Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the aquatics center Required Qualifications: Minimum of three years of Lifeguarding experience Minimum of one year of aquatics supervision Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification (basic level) Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor Certification or the ability to obtain the certification within 90 days of hire   Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Five years of lifeguarding and/or aquatics supervision experience American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor Trainer Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire Physical Requirements: Candidates applying for this position should be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted repeatedly throughout the workday  Frequent walking and demonstrating and assisting with exercise movements; bending, stretching, lifting, pushing, pulling and squatting are movements performed daily Ability to be in water for long periods during the day
