We are needing to hire 1-2 hourly coaches to work with a variety of levels of swimmers. The right person could transition into a salaried position.

GENERAL FUNCTION Provides competitive swimming coaching 100 plus swim team members in various age groups at multiple locations, including a year round and summer only facility. Assists in interviewing, hiring and managing part time coaches. Plans and facilitates swim team try-outs and sets the standards for each level of the team.
