Boulder Swim Team - Assistant Swim Coach Boulder Swim Team is looking for a qualified coach eager to learn and contribute to our program. Candidates need to be certified in CPR/AED, First Aid, and Lifeguard or Coaches Safety Training, and any other required certifications per USA Swimming and/or CO Swimming. Also must be able to pass a background check. Boulder Swim Team will reimburse all employees for required education/training/certifications. General Summary:   Assistant coach with all age groups. Duties include analyzing performance and instructing competitive swimming technique for children ages 7 - 18 years old. Schedule : 5 shifts per week (M-F, 4-7pm), plus 1 meet weekend per month. Qualifications: Coaching membership in good standing with USA Swimming. Minimum 1 year (preferred 3yrs) previous coaching and/or aquatics experience. ASCA Level 1 or above certification preferred. Candidates should have exceptional communication and motivation skills with children. Additional Requirements: Work under the direction of the head coach Provide input on training plan and conduct workouts. Emphasize proper stroke technique and understand the progression for each training group. Conducting test sets, dryland sessions following the season plan, tracking performance, and attending coaches’ meetings and all other functions related. The East Coast Aquatic Club (ECAC), located in Delray Beach, Florida, is searching for a qualified Age Group coach. Delray Beach is located in the South East coast of Florida, approximately 25 minutes south of West Palm Beach. The ECAC swim program is a young yet very successful age group program. It is one of the fastest growing teams in the area with approximately 100 members. It is an 8 lane 50 Meter X 25 yard pool on the east side and 25 meters on the west side. ECAC is engaged in a long-term contract with the Palm Beach County for pool usage. Job Responsibilities: The Age group coach is responsible for selective groups of children 9-14 years old. The coach is responsible for writing daily practices, dry land and preparing seasonal plans for his/her groups, according to club philosophies. He/She will emphasize teaching all aspects of swimming with focus on stroke technique and good work ethics while making great efforts to achieve success at the age group level. Qualifications: The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of coaching experience with USA Swimming or another FINA federation. He/ She must have completed the background check and safe sport (athlete protection) program, and must be in good standings with USA Swimming. The candidate should be a high energy, positive person, with great communication skills, working well with swimmers, parents and other coaching staff. This is a part time position. Salary is competitive based on experience with potential to earn more through private lessons, swim camps, etc... The position is available immediately, but will be filled by the most qualified and fitting applicant. We are looking for an assistant age group coach to start with our club May 2020. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, enthusiastic and good with younger, beginning swimmers. We are located in Farmington, NM.  We are a year-round competitive age group swim team. Our swimmers range from age 5- 18 primarily with varying levels of abilities. Hours would be Monday-Friday 5:45 pm-7:45 pm in addition to morning practice during summer months 7:00 am-9:00 am Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Some weekend travel to meets as needed. Travel reimbursement available to be discussed upon hire. Some administrative work may apply as directed by the board or head coach. Salary depending on experience. Carolina Aquatic Team is seeking part time qualified coaches to work with our developmental groups as well as fill in for other practice groups as needed. Piranhas Aquatic Club is seeking a lead competitive coach to work with swimmers in our competitive team. Piranhas Aquatic Club is a year-round USA swimming program in the Elk Grove area. The organization also offers USMS Masters Swimming and a summer recreational swim team. Job Responsibilities On-deck coaching and prep from generally from 6-7:30 am and 3:30-7:30 pm Monday-Friday. Responsible for daily, weekly, and season planning for the competitive team in coordination with the Head Coach and will typically attend 1-2 meets per month. Works directly with the Head Coach to develop and oversee curriculum and practice schedules for the competitive team. Works directly with the Head Coach to maintain the direction of the program to follow the long-term plan. Assist the Head Coach in developing this plan. Assist with administrative duties for the team, which includes communication to swimmers and parents, develop and implement strategies to retain swimmers and assist with marketing and development of all PAC programs. Supervision of the assistant coaches as assigned by the Head Coach. This includes oversight of training plans, schedules and other. Attend all meets as agreed upon with the head coach. Assist with travel meets for all meets attended for groups that the coach oversees. Compensation Compensation for this position is based on qualifications and availability. Job Description: Head Coach – Age Group Competitive (AGC) Group The Metro Atlanta Aquatic Club, LLC (MAAC) is looking for an hourly head coach for our Age Group Competitive (AGC) level group. The AGC group  consists of age group swimmers between ages 7-13 who may be newer to the sport of swimming. Northern Dutchess Aquatic Club (NDAC-MR)  is looking for qualified swim coaches for our 2019-20 season and beyond. Celebrating its 25th Season this year, NDAC is a year-round USA Swimming team for competitive swimmers aged 6-18. NDAC seeks motivated, experienced lead coaches for two practice groups:  (1) Group 1 Coach - swimmers aged 6-8 practices Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4-5 PM and Saturday noon to 1 PM.  (2) Group 3 Coach - swimmers aged 11-13 practices Monday through Friday 7-8:30 PM.  Ideal candidates should have a competitive swimming background and previous coaching or swim instruction experience (preferably at the age group level). Must be upbeat, energetic and highly committed to the development of young athletes, both in and out of the pool. NDAC’s 2019-20 season begins September 5th.
