The department of Athletics at Lycoming College is seeking qualified candidates for the part-time position of Assistant Swimming Coach. This part-time, non-benefits eligible position is allotted 850 hours per fiscal year.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting the head coach with recruiting, administrative duties, and on-deck coaching.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
High school diploma required; bachelors degree is preferred. Must be proficient with Excel, Word and Microsoft Office. Experience with video and video equipment as it pertains to swimming is preferred. Ability to manage data and a database preferred. Prior recruiting, teaching, swimming, and/or coaching experience at the collegiate level is a plus.
