TCAT is a year round USA Swimming program that has been in operation for 5 years.  TCAT has swimmers competing at higher level meets including the Lake Erie Zone Team and a recent Jr National qualifier.  More than half of our team currently has National Age Group motivational times and are working to achieving higher competitive standards.  We continue to grow the number of qualifiers to higher level meets and are seeking individuals who will help to build our program with organization, consistency and the desire to help others achieve their fullest potential. Head Age Group Coach Responsibilities Include: Assists Head Coach with administrative and on deck functions of TCAT and its affiliated programs Submit meet entries Perform Swim team evaluations Oversee part time coaching staff Recruiting new swimmers into TCAT and its affiliated programs Responds to daily parent inquiries Manage and direct Pre Swim Team, Beginner, and introductory Intermediate performance Attend swim meets and help set up for TCAT hosted swim meets Any other responsibility created by TCAT Management The Head Age Group Coach position is a full time position with health insurance benefits and paid time off available.  Pay range is $14-$16 per hour.
