RISE Aquatic Club Coaches Openings RISE Aquatic Club-Libertyville located in Libertyville; Illinois is hiring several assistant coaches to work with various groups within our program. These are part time positions with a start date of August 15 or earlier.  The right candidates will have the opportunity to expand their roles within the team. Qualifications: Applicants should have prior coaching experience or swimming experience and hold or be willing to obtain the following certifications: Coaches Safety Training, CPR and First Aid (as is required to obtain USA Swimming Coaching credentials). Lifeguards needed for part-shifts at the Ratner Athletics Facility American Red Cross (or equivalent) Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Pay = $15/hour Lifeguard Job Responsibilities: - Supervises swimming activities at the aquatics facility and ensures that policies,    guidelines, and safety procedures are followed. - Warns swimmers of improper activities or danger and enforces pool regulations and water safety policies. -- Administers first aid in the event of injury, rescues swimmers in distress or danger of drowning, and administers CPR and/or artificial respiration, if necessary. - Evaluates conditions for safety and initiates aquatics emergency action plan as required. - Inspects pool facilities, equipment, and water to ensure that they are safe and usable. COHO Swim Club (Deerfield, IL) – Lead 10&Under Coach Year-round part-time (IMRF – Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund/benefited position) Job Position: The COHO Swim Club, a year-round program of the Deerfield Park District in Deerfield, IL is looking to fill the position of Lead 10&Under Coach . The ideal candidate will oversee coaching all 10&Under swimmers from novice to State level. The position may also involve assisting with coaching 11&Over swimmers.
