Job Opening: Assistant Swim Coach   Job Position: The Hinsdale Swim Club, a year-round swim club that has operated for over 60 years, is seeking qualified applicants for the part-time position of Assistant Swim Coach. The Hinsdale Swim Club trains primarily in Hinsdale, Oak Brook and Burr Ridge. The ideal candidate is passionate about the sport of swimming, focused on swimmer development and loves children. The candidate will be an assistant coach of our developmental and competitive age group and senior swimmers. Position : Lead Group Coach Club: Dunlap Dolphins Swim Team (DDST) Location: Dunlap, Illinois  DDST is a non-profit, year round competitive swim program founded in 1998. Comprised of 125 to 135 swimmers, the team ranges in age and ability from Novice through Junior National qualifiers. DDST year-round in the USA Swimming sanctioned meets within Illinois and near-by LSC’s of IN, IA, and OZ.  We train in a 25-yard, six lane pool located at Dunlap High School, an academic nationally-ranked school district. The ideal candidate will be lead coach for one of the four groups within the program and work with swimmers from 6 - 14 years old, that include novice through championship level individuals.  Core Responsibilities:    Conducts practices, motivates athletes, and instructs athletes in stoke techniques and competition strategies for the group assigned Attends practice everyday, coaches practice 5 - 10 hours per week.   Attends one meet per month...
