This includes responding to emergencies and administering CPR/AED, First Aid and Oxygen effectively according to certifications. Job Title:  Lifeguard (Morning and Day shifts), Speer Branch YMCA Description:  The Speer Branch YMCA Outdoor Aquatics Center features an 8-lane, 25-yard lap pool, a smaller warm-water teaching pool, and a splash pad. The Center serves not only YMCA members but also local middle school students. The Lifeguard is responsible for maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool, on the deck, and in surrounding areas.
