On a regular day you will manage the guard schedule to support adequate staffing at all times, actively guard, model best practices for the lifeguard team, provide direction to staff and swimmers, and report all incidents to leadership staff in a timely manner.  You will assure that the waterfront is fully compliant with the local Board of Health code and YMCA...
