POSA is a non-profit, year round competitive swim program founded in 1963. We are the primary feeder program to the community high schools of District 230. The team generally consists of 125 to 150 swimmers, and ranges in age and ability from 5-18 years old. The program has been growing each year with a water polo program added just this year. In the water our swimmers have achieved tremendous success. We are looking for an enthusiastic coach who can make swimming fulfilling and relevant for both competitive and recreational swimmers.
