Position Summary: The Head Developmental Coach will oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic direction of the COHO Developmental Program, which prepares swimmers for the COHO Age Group Program. The Head Developmental Coach should bring inspirational energy, swimming expertise, and enthusiasm to practice every day.   This is a year-round, part-time, pension eligible (IMRF) position with a flexible combination of coaching and administrative hours that will include 2 hours of coaching on M-Th evenings with the Developmental groups. RISE Aquatic Club Coaches Openings RISE Aquatic Club-Libertyville located in Libertyville; Illinois is hiring several assistant coaches to work with various groups within our program. These are part time positions with a start date of August 15 or earlier.  The right candidates will have the opportunity to expand their roles within the team. Qualifications: Applicants should have prior coaching experience or swimming experience and hold or be willing to obtain the following certifications: Coaches Safety Training, CPR and First Aid (as is required to obtain USA Swimming Coaching credentials). A background check will be required by USA swimming as well as athlete protection training. Compensation : These are hourly positions, and the rate will be commensurate with experience.
