Job Responsibilities The ideal candidate will assist in the coaching and development of the swimmers within our 13&O program. Schedule We are looking for coaches available to coach between 530-830p on weeknights. Some weekend practices and meets may also be scheduled, depending on need and availability. Certifications The ideal candidate must pass a background screen through USA-Swimming, and should have, or be willing to obtain, certifications in CPR, First Aid, Safety Training for Swim Coaches, USA-Swimming Athlete Protection Training, and the USADA Coaches Advantage Tutorial. This role requires a dynamic and skilled coach who can inspire athletes, implement effective training programs, and contribute to the overall success of our swim club.
