Boulder Swim Team - Assistant Swim Coach Boulder Swim Team is looking for a qualified coach eager to learn and contribute to our program. Candidates need to be certified in CPR/AED, First Aid, and Lifeguard or Coaches Safety Training, and any other required certifications per USA Swimming and/or CO Swimming. Also must be able to pass a background check. Boulder Swim Team will reimburse all employees for required education/training/certifications. General Summary:   Assistant coach with all age groups. Duties include analyzing performance and instructing competitive swimming technique for children ages 7 - 18 years old. Schedule : 5 shifts per week (M-F, 4-7pm), plus 1 meet weekend per month. Qualifications: Coaching membership in good standing with USA Swimming. Minimum 1 year (preferred 3yrs) previous coaching and/or aquatics experience. ASCA Level 1 or above certification preferred. Candidates should have exceptional communication and motivation skills with children. Additional Requirements: Work under the direction of the head coach Provide input on training plan and conduct workouts. Emphasize proper stroke technique and understand the progression for each training group. Conducting test sets, dryland sessions following the season plan, tracking performance, and attending coaches’ meetings and all other functions related. Reliable transportation to practices, meets and team functions required. Candidates who apply must submit a resume.

We are looking for an assistant age group coach to start with our club May 2020. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, enthusiastic and good with younger, beginning swimmers. We are located in Farmington, NM.  We are a year-round competitive age group swim team. Our swimmers range from age 5- 18 primarily with varying levels of abilities. Hours would be Monday-Friday 5:45 pm-7:45 pm in addition to morning practice during summer months 7:00 am-9:00 am Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Some weekend travel to meets as needed. Travel reimbursement available to be discussed upon hire. Some administrative work may apply as directed by the board or head coach. Salary depending on experience. Carolina Aquatic Team is seeking part time qualified coaches to work with our developmental groups as well as fill in for other practice groups as needed. The ideal candidates are energetic, knowledgeable, passionate about swimming, and able to communicate with parents, coaches and athletes. Carolina Aquatic Team developmental groups practice at the Orange County SportsPlex, Edison Johnson Aquatic Center, and Campus Hills Recreation Center in Hillsborough/Durham NC.   Minimum Qualifications: Previous coaching experience preferred (Summer League Swim Teams and Lessons are recognized) Ability to work, train, and instruct one or multiple practice groups from either 4:30-6:00 PM, or 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm Monday-Friday. Must be able to work weekends for swim meets averaging once per month. Piranhas Aquatic Club is seeking a lead competitive coach to work with swimmers in our competitive team. Piranhas Aquatic Club is a year-round USA swimming program in the Elk Grove area. The organization also offers USMS Masters Swimming and a summer recreational swim team. Job Responsibilities On-deck coaching and prep from generally from 6-7:30 am and 3:30-7:30 pm Monday-Friday. Responsible for daily, weekly, and season planning for the competitive team in coordination with the Head Coach and will typically attend 1-2 meets per month. Works directly with the Head Coach to develop and oversee curriculum and practice schedules for the competitive team. Works directly with the Head Coach to maintain the direction of the program to follow the long-term plan. Assist the Head Coach in developing this plan. Assist with administrative duties for the team, which includes communication to swimmers and parents, develop and implement strategies to retain swimmers and assist with marketing and development of all PAC programs. Supervision of the assistant coaches as assigned by the Head Coach. This includes oversight of training plans, schedules and other. Attend all meets as agreed upon with the head coach. Assist with travel meets for all meets attended for groups that the coach oversees. Compensation Compensation for this position is based on qualifications and availability. This week's open slots call for new NCAA/Level 3+ coach-candidates, preferably female, insofar as the current team-balance goes.
