  DESCRIPTION: Part Time Assistant  Coaches  (reports to Head Coach) Compensation: Commensurate with coaching experience   Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred (not required) Hours Per Week Under 30 hours (afternoon , early evening and Weekend hours). San Antonio WAVE is hiring multiple part-time coaches as we expand our program. San Antonio WAVE currently operates out of multiple locations around San Antonio, Texas. We are seeking dynamic and team-oriented candidates to help develop positive relationships with swimmers and parents while promoting all aspects of our competitive program.   Job Duties and Responsibilities Create and safely lead practices under the guidance of supervisors (Site Director or Head Coach) Positively promote WAVE activities, including but not limited to: swim meets and social events.
