Summary The Pool Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the aquatic center. Directs and supervise lifeguards to provide a safe and clean aquatic facility. Promotes a positive working environment for the aquatic staff.   This conditional offer of employment is contingent on an individual’s ability to satisfy the qualifications and perform duties listed below: Qualifications ·         Two-Three years/seasons of previous pool experience preferred. Must have Starguard Lifeguard Training certificate and current CPR and Standard First Aid certificates. As well as a valid Illinois driver’s license. ·         Must authorize and successfully undergo a criminal history background check pursuant to 70 ILCS 1205/8-23.
