Nation’s Capital Swim Club Competitive Coach Positions for the 2026-2027 Season: Washington D.C. Metro Nation’s Capital Swimming, Inc is looking to hire full-time and part-time coaches in the DMV area including positions in Montgomery County, D.C. and Northern Virginia. These positions would report directly to the head site coaches and work closely with him/her on the preparation of our swimmers. We have opportunities to work with all age groups: 8 & under, 9–12-year-old and 13 & over athletes. Overview- Annapolis Swim Club is seeking part time assistant coaches. ASC was recently named a Bronze medal swim club in the 2024 and 2026 USA Swimming Club Excellence program. Located right in the capital of Maryland, ASC is a club of 275 athletes ranging from novice swimmers ages six to eight years old, all the way up through high school athletes who are Junior and Senior National level qualifiers. Coming off of our highest ever LSC championship meet finishes with a 2nd place finish for Senior Champs and a 3rd place for Age Group Champs, ASC is one of the premier clubs in the Eastern Zone. Annapolis also finished 2nd at the recent 2026 Eastern Zone Sectionals Meet in Buffalo. ASC is currently hiring for the summer months and 2026-2027 season. Our highest demand is currently for coaches in our senior groups (high school aged athletes), but all coaches have some flexibility to work with an array of different ages and abilities.
