Swim South Bay’s swim lesson program serves swimmers of all ages and abilities in a supportive, positive environment. All lessons are one-on-one allowing instructors to tailor each session to the swimmer’s unique needs, goals, and comfort level in the water. Rather than a level-based system, we focus on individual progress, meeting each swimmer where they are and helping them build confidence, comfort, and skill in the water over time.   Swimmers are enrolled in a weekly lesson program, attending four 25 minute sessions per week (Monday through Thursday), allowing instructors to build strong relationships and create consistent, personalized instruction. In search of a swim instructor to teach swimming to student  three years old and up in the evenings at a residential pool in Pearland, Texas. Start day is January 12th. 

Job Summary: Lake Highland Preparatory School seeks Swim Lesson Instructors to play a vital role in delivering high-quality swim lessons. They will share their expertise, enthusiasm, and dedication to swimming and ensure a fun and safe learning environment for all participants. Estimated hours: Monday – Thursday from 2:30 – 7:00 pm.
