The Baldwin School is hiring Lifeguards/Swim Instructors to join our Summer Camp! The Lifeguard/Swim Instructor is responsible for teaching swimming lessons, guarding the pool during open swimming, ensuring the safety of all people in the pool area and learning procedures to maintain the cleanliness of the pool facility. Our camp runs Monday through Friday, June 20th-July 29th. Lifeguards will start June 14th for 4 days of mandatory training.   Lifeguards/Swim instructors must be able to commit to the six weeks of camp. Responsibilities: Ensure all class participants are visible and safe at all times. Adapt teaching approaches to the age, experience and ability of participants. Ensure and teach water safety. The Gators are a member of the Colonial Swim League competing against 6 other teams from the area. We hope to find a dynamic coach who is well versed in teaching the fundamentals of diving and can help us build for the future.
