The Brookside Mallards Swim Team is seeking energetic, passionate and qualified individuals for the position of swim team coach. Our ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic and innovative approach to swimming and team management. This position reports directly to the Mallards Board. Expected start date is April 15, 2023. The Mallards swim in the San Joaquin Summer Swim Association league during the months of May, June, July.

The Ken-Caryl Swim Club (KCSC) is one of the largest and most competitive summer club swim teams in the Denver, CO metro area. Located in southwest Littleton, KCSC is a member of the South Jeffco Swim League (SJSL) and the Colorado State Summer Club Swim Association (CSSCSA). As an independent youth sports organization, KCSC has enjoyed a 30+ year relationship with the Ken-Caryl Metropolitan District and holds all practices and meets at the newly renovated 8-lane Ken-Caryl Ranch House pool. In 2022, KCSC was comprised of 240 swimmers ranging in age from 5 to 18. The team is managed by a team of parent-volunteers and active participation from all member families.
