This may be the role for you!  As an Aquatics Specialist, you will help children of all ages develop proper swimming techniques and skills through quality instruction.  The Aquatics Specialist is a leader with a talent for teaching others the skills to safely swim in the water and you will also be the bridge between the our YNS Swim Academy and the YNS Competitive Swim program.  Day to day you will prepare lessons, lead swim classes, assess the skill levels of all swimmers, and coach the YNS Competitive Swim Team. The Aquatics Specialists is the liaison between the two programs that will hand pick the youth from the Swim Academy that are ready to compete on the Competitive Swim Team. You will use your interpersonal skills and will build relationships with members and program participants....
