Hockomock Area YMCA Lightning is currently looking for an assistant Age Group Coach. The HAY Lightning competes in NE Swimming LCS, as well as the YMCA League. Successful candidate will work along side head coach, and other staff coaching the more competitive age group swimmers that are approximately 10 to 14 years old. Responsibilities: Write, oversee and coach daily workouts Arrives on time to set up and prepare for daily practices. Attends swim meets as needed Communicates with the Head Coach and other staff effectively. Collaborates with other coaches and groups to build a strong seasonal training plan.
