POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Aquatics Director, this position is responsible for the supervision and management of all facets of the competitive swimming programming including but not limited to the YMCA swim league and USA swimming.  The Swim Coach works directly with the swimmers, communicates progress and team information to the parents, reviews, sets goals and aids in the hiring of assistant coaches, and acts as a role model for all participants.  The Head Swim Coach will also work closely with vendors and initiate team fundraisers. The Head Swim Coach position is a year-round Part-Time position, with a working schedule of 6-12 hours per week between 4PM and 9PM and attend YMCA, USA and Championship meets. General Information The JCCNS Sea Serpents is a young, fast growing year-round USA Swim team with approximately 120 swimmers, which includes a Pre-Team, Special Olympics Practice Group, and a summer league team.
