Would you like to build upon your experience in a full time role?   If you have a way with people and enjoy supporting the needs of populations of diverse abilities this job may interest you.  The YMCA of the North Shore is seeking skilled Swim Instructors to support our inclusion initiative by teaching swim lessons modified and adapted for swimmers of varying abilities.  The YMCA developed “Water Wise,” a water safety program for children with special needs. Through this program, Inclusion Instructors support families through an intake process, customize support, and provide parent education and staff training. We are now hiring a full time mobile swim instructor to join our team.  We are the largest swim school in Grand Cayman and have been growing significantly each year.  We are looking for someone with experience teaching babies all the way up to adults.  While our main focus is learn to swim, we also specialize in stroke improvement, sea swim training, and preparing children for team tryouts.  We are also looking for someone who loves working with children and is passionate about swimming.   The job requires working 5.5 days per week average of 40 hours.  You must have a clean police clearance, valid drivers license, swim instruction certification, valid CPR, First Aid, AED for infant, child, and adult.   Benefits include 10 days vacation, 10 sick days, 11 paid public holidays per year.  We also provide smart phone, money towards fuel, basic health insurance, and pension benefits.   Salary range is US$2400.00-US$5000.00.
