Job Summary: Lake Highland Preparatory School and the Aquatics program seek a Seasonal Swim Team Supervisor to provide assistance to the Coordinator of Aquatic Programs relating to the overall operation of the Seasonal Swim Program. This role is responsible for the administrative functions of all aquatic programs while overseeing the daily workflow of the department. Responsibilities include daily supervision of Seasonal Swim Team employees and program; facilitating registration of each season of swim lessons; and handling team deposits and rentals, to name a few. Lewis Clark Neptune Swimming, LLC is a coach owned and operated team in the Lewis Clark Valley. We are on the boarder of Washington and Idaho and have on average about 65-75 USAS swimmers. We are part of Inland Empire Swimming.  We also have a master's program with 25-30 adults, practicing 3 mornings a week. The team was established as a summer USAS team in the 1970s, and became a year-round team in the early 2000's when a new indoor facility was built.  In 2007, the team became coached owned and has been owned and operated by the same head coach since.   The area has approximately 60,000 residents between Lewiston and Clarkston, with several thousand more in close small towns.  The area is known for its outdoor recreation including hunting, fishing, hiking, boating, and more.  It is a great place to raise a family, and the swimming community is active and thriving. Swim Omaha (SO)   is a non-profit, board-governed, and coach-led competitive swimming organization serving the Omaha, Nebraska community for over 30 years. With approximately 165 members, SO supports swimmers from the Novice to Junior Nationals level. The club operates four developmental age groups and a senior group across three locations: Westside, Ralston, and Millard North High Schools. Additionally, it utilizes a 50-meter outdoor training facility at Hitchcock Park for morning sessions in June and July. Westside High School is currently constructing a state-of-the-art Myrtha pool, featuring an 8-lane, 25-yard pool with a bulkhead and two auxiliary lanes.
