Competitive youth swim team located on US Navy Base Yokosuka, Japan (Kanagawa Prefecture).  We are seeking SWIM COACHES & DRYLAND COACH(ES) for our team. Season runs Aug-early June. SCHEDULE: varies upon team assignment, but this is a part-time position with Practices from 3pm-6pm MWThF, 2pm-5pm Tu. 6-7am M-F. Our practice teams typically train T/Th (beginner), MWF (intermediate), M-F (advanced) Potential Saturday morning clinics. 5 home meets a year (Oct, Dec, Feb, Apr, Jun) Various swim meets located around Tokyo area (optional) Various team-buiilding socal events (optional) REQUIREMENTS FOR COACHES: Swim: competitive swim experience  Swim: up-to-date knowledge of all 4 swim strokes, starts, turns, technique, rules Swim: willing to get in the water during practice to demonstrate & give corrections Dryland: personal training or group X certification or equivalent Communication/email skills to communicate with team, parents, board...
