Coordinate all aquatics, swim club, and first aid and training programs. Current USA Swimming and or YMCA Swim coach credentials. Certified Pool Operator CPO, CPR, AED, Basic First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 3 months. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency of swim skills in accordance with YMCA standards and have a strong foundation in stroke mechanics. The Village of Shorewood Hills is accepting applications for the position of Pool Manager. This is presently a part time, year round position with seasonally adjusted and flexible hours. The position is responsible for managing all operations of the pool including staffing, purchasing, programming and mechanical functions including opening and closing. During the summer season, the pool employs about 70-80 individuals.
