Work with all coaches to develop, maintain, and implement a safe swim program for all age groups involved, including training and events that are off-site and not at regularly scheduled times. Able to create and submit meet entries for any meet (home and away) when needed, on time as specified in the NCSL by-laws and dual meet regulations and must be familiar with the use of computer systems. Summary The Pool Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the aquatic center. Directs and supervise lifeguards to provide a safe and clean aquatic facility. Promotes a positive working environment for the aquatic staff.   This conditional offer of employment is contingent on an individual’s ability to satisfy the qualifications and perform duties listed below: Qualifications ·         Two-Three years/seasons of previous pool experience preferred. Must have Starguard Lifeguard Training certificate and current CPR and Standard First Aid certificates.
