LYONS Aquatics is seeking a Part-Time Director for our ever growing Competitive Learn-to-Swim Program.  The Swim Lesson Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day functions of our Learn-to-Swim program.  These responsibilities include:  Communicating with Parents Introducing new sessions Providing feedback after each session Coordinating & Educating Instructors Working with Club Admin Staff on:  Updating Sessions Providing Refunds Assisting with Level Moves A successful candidate is a self-starter with experience working with children in an aquatic environment, managing a small staff, and strong communication skills.   A background check and SafeSport training are required, and USA Swimming Coaching Certifications are desired.   This is a Part-Time, Hourly position with a starting rate of $26.00 per hour.

The Flagstaff Snow Sharks Swim Team is looking to hire a coordinator for their learn-to-swim lessons program. This person oversees the program on deck during lessons and performs administrative duties required for the lessons program. Must be able to be on deck Monday-Thursday 3-7 pm and Saturdays 10-12 pm. The administrative responsibilities are primarily done from home. Our swim lessons are held at the Flagstaff High School pool. This job is roughly 25-30 hours per week.
