Tyler Rose Aquatic Club is a school district owned, coach run program.  We are located in Tyler, TX (pop. 100K, with 230K in the county).  The team was founded in 2016, has approx. 100 members with 100-150 summer league swimmers. Our lesson program sees 60-80 kids per week in the summer months. We own, operate, and have full control of a 50mx25y outdoor heated pool year round. We are looking for someone who can work along side our current head coach in developing and executing a training program for our high school age athletes that assist them in achieve their goals; can assist and implement a vision and plan for our swim club; and who is creative & innovative in their coaching style.
