JRSSC is currently looking for Swim Instructors.  The Swim Instructor teaches swim lessons to members and guests of the Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center. The Swim Instructor will report directly to the Assistant Aquatics Director and Aquatics Director. The Lifeguard maintains a safe swim environment by enforcing all rules and regulations of the pool as well as preventing and responding to all emergencies in the Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center. The Swim Meet Manager plays a pivotal role in the successful planning, coordination, and execution of swim meets hosted at the Jeff Rouse Swim and Sports Center. This individual ensures all meets run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, while delivering a positive experience for athletes, coaches, officials, and spectators.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities   Oversee the logistics of all swim meet events. Coordinate with the event host and staff to ensure meet readiness. Set up and tear down of swim meet equipment (timing systems, computers, touchpads, etc.). Manage meet operations software and equipment (e.g., Hy-Tek Meet Manager, Colorado Timing System, scoreboard, etc.). Serve as the on-site contact during meets for issue resolution.
